The sixth generation of the Maserati Quattroporte has been revealed and will
make its public debut in January at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show.

The new model will be longer and lighter compared to the outgoing version. It
has an estimated length of 5200mm (up by 148mm) and could be based on a new
steel monocoque chassis. A significant part of the increase might be in the
wheelbase, meaning more legroom for the rear passengers.

車長是誇張的 5200 mm，比現行車款長了 148 mm，相當驚人的成長！

It is expected to have a curb weight of 1940 kg (down by 50 kg) thanks to the
use of more aluminum, even though the car will be larger. A novelty for the
2014 Quattroporte will be the all-wheel drive option, but this will be
available a year after the RWD model is launched.
使用大量鋁合金組件，換來僅有 1940 kg 的車重，比現行車款減輕近 50 kg。
特別的是，大改款 Quattroporte 也將提供四驅系統供消費者選擇！
Upon launch it will be sold with a Ferrari-made V8 engine, most likely an
updated version of the current 4.7-liter 453 hp (338 kW). Connected to a ZF
automatic transmission, the engine will probably get a power hike along with
lower fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Additional supercharged and
turbocharged V6 and V8 gasoline and diesel engines are considered.
引擎仍為 Ferrari 4.7L V8，但各項數據預期將有所提升，變速箱也是 ZF 製品。
機械增壓、渦輪增壓、柴油及 V6 都是考慮中的產品線。
As these official images show, the styling will be more of an evolution of
the current model but with a few new elements to give the car a more
masculine appearance. The interior cabin has been vastly improved and should
provide a more luxurious feel. Most of the controls will be operated via a
big central touchscreen display.

approximately 80,000 pounds, going all the way up to 120,000 pounds for the
high-end versions.
