VW 將在 5/21 舉辦的 Nurburgring 24 小時挑戰賽中發表 Scirocco R20T。
照片中的 Scirocco 想偽裝成去年此時發表的 GT24 Concept。

但是，它並不是賽車，而是貨真價實的準量產車！
VW 替它換上類似 GT24 Concept 的保桿，車尾則是類似 Golf GTI 的設計。
Scirocco R20T 將搭載 VW 集團當家主力 2.0 L turbo 引擎。
最大馬力將提升至 270 匹，也有傳言指出將高達 300 匹，以對付 Focus RS。
