故事是這樣的,今年初想說來弄一台純電車當作第二台代步車,原本不想太花錢,想說找個
還可以的二手純電當作有鐵皮的GOGORO就好,不過看了幾台車和比較了一下網路上一些心
得,以及幾台實車內裝後和價錢後,還是暫時觀望了一下放一邊.
恰巧,三月初XC40純電發表,剛好人在信義新光展場附近開醫學會,趁中午休息時間去看了
一下,雖尚未試駕,但對於內裝和質感以及座椅乘坐的感受覺得還滿不賴的,回去之後當然
就開始對這台車,以及市面上可能即將推出的電車做了點功課,我考慮的點是方便性,日後
如果電池模組掛掉如何處理和保養,輸出功率以及電池容量也列入了比較.
看來看去XC40的CP值以目前""已上市""的電動車看來還算高,所以就先在網路上預約試駕,
一開始打來的新凱業務說,要試駕要先付一千元意向金,當時想說這還是第一次聽到試駕要
付錢的,後來經業務解釋說,銷售方式是比照TESLA,一千元是定車意向金,日後若要退車是
不退意向金但定金可全退的.我回說這樣邏輯不對,萬一我試駕後不滿意,那還要退一千多
麻煩,又因當時的行程比較滿,實在是擠不出時間,只得取消試駕.
三月下旬終於有個小空檔,去北投玩,途中路過新凱汽車士林展示中心,想說既然經過了就
去看看好了,當時的銷售顧問也是用一樣的說詞跟我說,不過我當時是先靜態賞車後做動態
試駕,試駕完的感受覺得滿不錯的,業務也說定車方式就是先上網刷一千元的意向金,不可
折抵車價,之後付五萬元定金,就可定車,還特別強調如果之後又改變心意不想要,定金可刷
退但車價為不二價,無贈品. 當時想定金可退,此車也沒什麼東西要做選配加價的,想想覺
得也還合理,於是就下定金五萬了.
我買的是P8版本,2022年出廠,2022年式樣,車室內裝代碼R980,車色代碼:735. 今年四月剛
好學長對這台車也有興趣,我們又找了一個周末上午又去展間看了一下,我也順便付了一下
半價安裝充電樁的費用22050.一樣同一位業務接待,一樣的話術又再說了一次....不過當
時學長還有其他車款尚未去試乘比較,所以就單純的試駕,他沒中計...^^"
五月初,學長突然打給我,劈頭就說:你訂的那台車,有人要溢價一百萬跟你買耶..... 當時
我還搞不清楚狀況,這二年是因為疫情所以缺車嚴重,但這又不是啥特殊車款,沒必要溢價
這麼多吧??? 後來又請平日幫我保養熟識的技師和同樣是做汽車銷售的車友詢問後才恍然
大悟......2022年的XC40 recharge P8原廠根本就沒這個色號生產啦.....挖咧....原來
我定到的是XD40 recharge P8哦????? 這就是一個得到2021最佳新人獎的VOLVO績優銷
售顧問簽出來的訂單???!!! 有~~夠~~~扯~~~~
當下當然就打了0800去說要退車(我翻了翻合約上面有寫審閱期三日,不過想到當時銷售講
的話,心想好吧,當作個危機測試看看是不是話術好了,如果乾脆點給退,那合約寫錯這件事
就裝不知道好了),果不其然客服回說:沒有啊,電動車和一般油車或油電車一樣合約有審閱
期,過了三日審閱期,當然就沒辦法退車.(意料中的事)事後該中心主管也用私人手機打來(
為何不用公司電話也滿奇怪的),也是態度相當強硬的表示就是照合約走,沒有什麼跟TESLA
賣法一樣這種事,更是明嗆說歡迎去投訴,害我差點以為我是在跟黑心二手車商打交道.
...^^).
後來第二通電話我又打去0800說,如果照合約走的話,貴公司的業務簽了一台空氣車給我
ㄟ,原廠能照我的訂單內容交車? 有趣的事情來了,該業務主管又用私人手機打來說,你有
說修改車色我們也依照你說的來改了,我反問:你說要依照銷售合約,合約上本就有寫明雙
方更改規格需要文字書寫,怎麼現在口頭就又行了,還是身為主管根本不清楚自家公司的訂
購合約條款是什麼內容?? 那我也口頭說要退車啊,怎麼你就不給退? 講來講去就惱羞了,
不給退車,要退車訂金就是沒收,僅能接受轉單(意思是要我幫忙找下一個冤大頭來接),繼
續嗆說投訴也無效(難怪要用私人手機打,因為用公司電話可能會錄音~~).
各位看到這邊一定會覺得很奇怪,為何銷售業務自己不知道自己公司的訂購合約書後面的
條款內容寫什麼? 為何一間新車展示中心的銷售員要搞到像二手黑心車商那樣用拐的騙
的? 我滿懷疑這一開始就是個設好的局....寫2022年,讓你覺得車很快就會到,不用等太
久,然後賭你不會發現定的根本是台空氣車(配備表都在業務手上,你很難發現)
然後再跟你話術改內容(業代自始至終未告知我原始合約訂購內容書寫錯誤,只說該年度沒
有我要買的顏色了,要我改色,而且這件事還是在四月下旬五月初的時候才跟我說的,合約
內容寫錯還是我經人提醒和多方打聽之下才知道的),再說車三月就訂了,拖快一個月才跟
我說要改色,未免太後知後覺?這種做事態度和方法是一個VOLVO績優銷售顧問該有的行為
???? 是銷售顧人怨吧......
一個銷售顧問對自己家的汽車規格配備和車色都不清楚,合約有問題也沒打電話來說要回
去更改,還是客人自己到處詢問才知道合約整個寫錯!!! 假使運氣不好買到一台檸檬車,你
覺得這個銷售商會認真幫你處理嗎?還是丟一句照合約走就沒他的事呢?另一點讓人費解的
是打0800電話轉來轉去就只是在該展間轉而已,看起來是完全沒轉到新凱高層去,左思右想
下,好吧,正式一點寫個存證信函告知新凱汽車,請依照合約書寫的訂購內容,來跟原廠訂購
車好了,說也奇怪,我都跟新凱表達我願意照白紙黑字的合約走,迄今也已經快二周,怎麼一
點消息也沒有呢???
真心建議新凱汽車,直接在展間設一個像肯德基或麥當勞那樣的點餐販賣機好了,既文青又
便利時尚還省人力成本,讓客人看完展示車之後自己選車型,配備,顏色,點選完畢直接刷定
金,印合約書出來. 這樣就一定不會錯啦~~免得落的展間一流 業務三流 服務不入流的
下場~~
僅以本文提醒有意要購買VOLVO的朋友幾個注意事項 Take home message:
1. 業務的嘴,騙人的鬼.沒寫在合約內白紙黑字的承諾,請把這些話當作虎爛.別天真的以
為會照做,會照做是你賺到,沒照做也是剛好而已.
2. 婊子無情,戲子無義,嚴格地說並非真無情義。婊子常在床上有情,戲子只在台上有
義。而業務也只有在想賺你業績時,才表現的一副很照顧你很積極處理的樣子,其實,就是
為了口飯吃罷了. 但是,要吃飯,吃相得好看一點,像我遇到的這種業務,一毛也不想給他
賺! !! 專業度嚴重不足,訂單有問題,亦不積極處理,只想用唬弄的方式蒙混過去. 業務是
代表一間公司的門面,出了這種紕漏都沒在積極解決,假使您買到檸檬車,您相信這間公司
真的會幫你積極處理嗎??
3. VOLVO ""全系列""的車都有"審閱期三日",別被業務話術了,做好功課,要買再來定!!
不要相信業務所說的交車期,當參考用就好!!業務所講的一切,請要求對方白紙黑字寫
在合約中,寫完看過對過,再付定金.免得買到一肚子氣.
4. 要買VOLVO記得要自行研究好你要買的車子的型號,內裝配備代號和顏色代號,免得被話
術簽下一張空氣合約後,還要被逼著硬吞下去. 買VOLVO的車,不能完全相信業代的說法~~
5. MOBILE上的抱怨文都是真的......
6. 各位看官,若認同依照合約白紙黑字走的,請推文, 感謝~~
