今年1~3月,丹麥電動車銷售量比去年大幅衰退60.5%,因為丹麥政府將逐步減少電動車
的稅務優惠。到了2022年,丹麥電動車的稅金就會跟傳統汽/柴油車一樣高了。
彭博社說,這顯示如果取消政策優惠,電動車就會缺乏足夠的吸引力來和燃油車競爭。

2015年秋天時,丹麥總理Rasmussen宣佈將逐步取消電動車的稅務優惠,
因為政府的預算有限,而且他也想平衡一下汽車市場。
到了2019年,電動車的汽車登記稅只有減免40%,比燃油車少了1500美元。
2020年時,電動車的稅金會達到燃油車的65%,2021年達到90%,
到了2022年,電動車的稅金就會跟燃油車一樣貴了。
丹麥電動車聯盟的大頭目Laerke Flader抱怨說,這項新稅制會完全抹殺掉電動車市場
,他還說,「價格真的很重要」。

Sales in Denmark of Electrically Chargeable Vehicles (ECV), which include
plug-in hybrids, plunged 60.5 percent in the first quarter of the year,
compared with the first three months of 2016
The figures suggest clean-energy vehicles still aren't attractive enough
to compete without some form of subsidy.
In the fall of 2015, the Liberal-led government of Prime Minister Lars Lokke
Rasmussen announced the progressive phasing out of tax breaks on electric cars,
citing budget constraints and the desire to level the playing field.
Tax breaks will in any case be progressively eliminated as of 2019,
regardless of sales numbers. The plan envisages a 40 percent registration tax
minus a 10,000 kroner ($1,500) deduction in 2019, with the tax rising to
65 percent in 2021, 90 percent in 2021 and 100 percent in 2022.
The new tax regime "completely killed the market," Laerke Flader, head of
the Danish Electric Car Alliance, said in a recent interview.
"Price really matters."

在2025年之前,電動車的成本較高還無法跟燃油車競爭,還需要政府補貼和優惠政策
幫忙銷售。
如果像丹麥一樣,政府預算有限的話,那政府可以設定優惠門檻,
只針對那些價格較低廉的電動車,這樣可減輕政府在稅金上的收入損失,
也可避免稅賦不公平的爭議。
例如法國法國政府打算取消對車價在$56,000美元以上的電動車的優惠補助。
而德國本來就沒有補助車價在$67,000美元以上的電動車。
等到2025年後,電動車的成本就會跟燃油車一樣了,到時候電動車會變得很有競爭力,
也就不需要什麼優惠政策了。
