來令片更換 - 保養

上次去保養的時候，
技師說來令片需要更換了。

想問一下大家有沒有推薦的來令片品牌

我之前找是有推薦：仰博、elig

我是2014年的fiesta 1.0
第一次換來令片，不知道什麼材質比較適合我
開車習慣應該...還好

到底石綿、金屬、陶瓷材質有什麼使用上的差別
