Tesla將發行垃圾債券，金額15億美元，以籌措Model 3的生產資金。

Tesla Inc said on Monday it would raise about $1.5 billion through
its first-ever offering of junk bonds as the U.S. luxury electric car maker
seeks fresh sources of cash to ramp up production of its new Model 3 sedan.

Tesla債券，S&P標準普爾給了"B-"「垃圾債券等級」的低信評，

並再度重申Tesla未來的負向展望。

如果未來Model 3生產進度發生問題，或是Model S 及 X的生產開銷費用超支的話，

S&P可能還會再調降Tesla信評等級。

Moody穆迪給Tesla債券B3等級信評 (也是垃圾等級)，對Tesla的未來展望則評為「穩定
」。

Following the announcement, Standard & Poor's reaffirmed its negative outlook
for the automaker and assigned a "B-" rating for the bond issue - deep into
junk credit territory. S&P also maintained its "B-" long-term corporate credit
rating on Tesla.

"We could lower our ratings on Tesla if execution issues related to the
Model 3 launch later this year or the ongoing expansion of its Models S and X
production lead to significant cost overruns," S&P said in a statement on the
bonds.

Moody's assigned a junk "B3" rating to the bond issue and said the company's
rating outlook was stable.
