車標的生產

這種鑄造方式叫脫蠟鑄造 失蠟鑄造
先把蠟做成你要的形狀 可以用模製 也可以用人工
然後在外層包上耐火材 砂 一些硬化劑
重複好幾層
然後把蠟加熱融化 流出來
就剩下一個外殼
之後把要鑄的材料熔化倒進去
不鏽鋼 鐵銅鋁都可以 金銀也可以
當然對應不同的材料 因為有不同的溫度 外包的耐火材與砂選用不同
這種鑄造方式 屬於精密鑄造
但是自動化程度比較低
優點是生產出來的鑄件表面漂亮 沒有分型線 需要較少後處理
缺點就是慢 工序也多
適合少量的產品 以及 不容易加工外型的件 直接鑄造後就接近成品
