北市環河快速道路車禍 1月大男嬰送醫搶救仍不治

〔記者王冠仁／台北報導〕24歲黃姓男子開車載20歲高姓妻子與出生月餘的男嬰，今天下
午近6點時，從台北市要返回中和住處。黃男途經環河南快速道往中興橋匝道口時，忽然
自撞橋墩，導致男嬰受重傷，送醫急救仍不治；車禍後，黃右手肘擦傷但意識清楚，高女
則左大腿腿骨骨折，兩人也被送醫救治。
警方說，黃男一家人沒有在車內配置安全座椅，當時是由高女抱著男嬰坐在後座，車禍時
男嬰疑似因撞擊力道，從高女懷中飛出，往前撞上車內的擋風玻璃才受重傷並身亡。警方
根據車子撞擊殘骸，研判當時車速恐超過時速60公里。
警方初步調查，車禍原因疑似是黃男開車時精神不繼，恍神失控才釀禍。黃男酒測後沒有
酒駕，警方將待他傷勢與情緒較為穩定後再進一步釐清詳細經過。
