南迴下坡超車道末端測速 - 汽車

通常南迴除了某些路段有雙線超車道，大部分都是單線。
今天走南迴，在某段"下坡超車雙線道路段"中端看到有警察錄影檢舉超速!!!!
馬的這也太爛了吧…欠業績欠成這樣，用耍賤招的?? 南迴限速40km/hr，下坡超車道不就
是要讓人加速超龜車?? 要超車隨便踩當然要60+以上才能超...不超過時速50km怎超車??
在超車路段中段 錄影檢舉超速是怎樣???(我當時時速應該50-60間)
請問大家如果真的被檢舉，可以申訴嗎？
