今天中午13:00 離開花蓮
14:30 左右到蘇澳
來不及趕上高乘載前上國五
不想走有區間測速的北宜
只能從蘇澳走台二接到頭城走濱海回台北
很久沒有走這邊
覺得整個暈倒
整條路紅綠燈爆多
幾乎一公里就要停一次
過傳藝中心後
大多是單線道
遇到龜車開不到40
又沒法超車
只能乖乖跟在後面
頭城之後接濱海
雖說有小部分路段塞車
但還可接受
慘的地方在於到三貂角整個定點
原因是福隆那個7-11路口的紅綠燈回塞9公里
9公里的路段開了一個小時多
福隆的路口是 T 字路口
也不會有車從車站出來
照理說可以控制紅燈秒數短一點
但偏偏回塞超長
內心髒話都罵到不知道還有什麼可以罵了
真心覺得交通部整個都是廢物
以前說為了安全
所以限速70
後來發現塞車太嚴重
提高到90(也沒看到車禍有增加
塞車一樣無解
為了製造隧道沒有塞車很嚴重的假象
搞一個高速公路上的天才匝道
把車塞在匝道後面
過了匝道爽開500公尺
然後
隧道照樣塞車
要用路人走替代道路
北宜搞區間測速反而更慢
濱海紅綠燈多到塞爆
整個所謂的替代道路沒有規劃好
誰想要走
坐火車好了
又會發生鐵道事故
就問問交通部的廢物們
到底有什麼是可以值得驕傲的交通政策
