看到小車使用國道內線的議題討論得這麼熱烈,不禁想到一個假設性的問題:
假設大車駕駛人要爭取國道使用路權,希望開放大車的超車道可以讓總重20公噸以下
的大型車以最高速限持續行駛,大家會贊成嗎? (若以3線道為例,就是中間車道)
現行法規: 大型車應行駛於外側車道,並得暫時利用緊臨外側車道之車道超越前車。
假設擬修正條款:
緊臨外側車道之車道為大型車之超車道。
但總重20公噸以下之大型車於不堵塞行車之狀況下,得以該路段容許之最高速限行駛
於該車道。
PS 對照現行規定:
內側車道為超車道。
但小型車於不堵塞行車之狀況下,得以該路段容許之最高速限行駛於內側車道。
小型車有持續行駛內線的路權,那如果大車爭取持續行駛中線的路權似乎也說得過去?
如果大車以最高速限行駛中線,理論上應該也不會有堵塞行車的問題存在。
不知道大家意見如何? 會有雙重標準嗎?
