科技又不是不會進步，不管是金屬/玻璃/塑膠或是車體設計都是隨時間進步的
16年前的高級鋼材到今天可能是低成本的普通鋼材而已
佈設潰縮區來吸收衝擊力保持座艙完整這種概念16年前有嗎? 到今天幾乎各家廠商
都在用，不然怎麼通過日益嚴苛的撞擊測試?
16年前可不像現在有這麼多嚴苛撞擊測試在督促車廠，不管是IIHS、NHTSA還是NCAP幾乎
很少有1997年的資料。1997年BMW 3er即使用NCAP初期的標準也只能拿1星半就說明了
那個年代的車安全性根本達不到16年後的標準。
至於國產車...國產車廠能偷配備但應該沒能力更改車體設計，除非在鋼材和焊接上
大幅偷料偷工，否則車體本身結構不會差太多。
汽車只是民生用品，不可能用什麼戰略管制級的鋼材，中鋼的能力應該還不至於
連車用鋼材都生產不出來。
至於偷料...ford和nissan都敢公開宣稱自己用多好多好的鋼材了，應有一定的
可信度(在台灣廣告不實還是會被罰錢 在油耗有很多例子)
從客觀條件上看來，focus哪一點安全性有可能會輸16年前的E38?
