如何找到輪胎轉動才有的訊號 - 汽車

小弟車是10年CR-V三，2.0。新車原廠就有怠速抖動問題，非沒清節氣門或其他
問題造成，原因是停紅燈時冷卻風扇啟動原廠電腦怠速提升不夠。
抖動的幅度之大，只有CRV三代2.0車主了解，2.4不會。
我想要的解決方法是車速大於1km時也就是輪胎有轉動時才讓風扇啟動。
做法是抓出車子移動的時候會由0變1的訊號線，來控制固態繼電器；
而風扇把負極減掉，兩端接在固態繼電器的A接點即可。
但問題是Google不到CRV的OBD訊號線pin out，問了外面車廠也不知道這種訊號。
請問這種訊號要從哪抓，有高手知道嗎，可否指點迷津，謝謝。
