如果Safety Car在前面帶隊的時候

　不小心Spin出去了...

　　那後面的車隊是可以恢復正常的速度繞場(或比賽?)

　　　還是一樣用Safety Car的龜速慢慢逛大街

　　　　當然不可能停車等Safety Car回賽道!
