市區常塞車推薦的機油0w20? 5w30? - 保養

各位前輩晚安
我開小CC渦輪車 手冊建議0w20 or 5w30
想請問，如果常在市區跑業務，因為常塞車所以容易怠速或一直起步，因此希望能夠怠速
比較不傷車的，且不追求動力。
目前哩程快10000（要進原廠保養換機油），預計未來每5000換一次機油（5000外廠換機
油、再5000原廠保養、再5000外廠...以此類推）。
請問各位前輩，這樣的情況會比較推薦 0w20 還是 5w30呢？
