德州駕照更新 - 汽車

10年前在德州考的駕照過期，已在網上申請過一次的更新換發，但明年又即將到期。聽說第二次的換發要本人到德州的DMV親自申辦才可以。問題來了，我已經不住在美國了，根本沒有新的德州居住地的地址，這樣還可以換發嗎??
