打R檔 金屬撞擊聲 - 開車

我的車是 05年的 Sentra M1 目前253088公里
在249996左右變過變速箱油在外廠換的
每星期固定星期一跟星期五開車
星期五去新竹再回台北 約151公里
星期一去新竹再回台北 約151公里
在上星期五要發車後，從P直接進R在車要移動時
應該是變速箱發出極大的金屬撞擊聲 ㄎ 一 ㄣ
(像台語的"輕" 但再尖銳一點)
其實M1平時開時，在起步換一檔時，有時會有咚一聲附帶被踹一腳的感覺
今天早上發車後一樣要去新竹
發車從P打到N停約2秒再進R在車要移動時
先是發出 咔啦再發出金屬撞擊聲 ㄎ 一 ㄣ
這次沒像上次那麼大聲
各位先進、前輩們，這大概是什麼問題？
變速箱要掛了嗎? 還是回原廠換變速箱油看會不會改善?
