之前跟老婆聊過,油車到電車的過渡期
會引出房屋差異性,能安裝充電樁的房子
如透天社區或是預留線路的新大樓等等
房屋的價值相對較高,並非炒作房價
而是有其價值,就像車位難尋的地段
帶車位的大樓價格通常不錯一樣
至於老公寓或是舊大樓的價值
會因為老舊與不便性,而變得較不保值

動輒十幾年甚至幾十年之久
相形之下,油車電車轉換的時間可能短多了
假設現在你要買房或換屋
同一個區塊,兩個相鄰的建案
周遭環境一致,撇開鄰居這種不確定因素
一個大樓附車位可以充電
一個舊公寓沒車位得去外面租
只要能力 負擔得起
難道不會偏好新大樓附充電車位的嗎?
物件的價差不就是這樣出來的?
