謝謝各位鄉民的幫忙~
已經照片及車號提供給員警，員警態度也變積極了，會協助確認該車輛是否為肇事車輛。
因為提供的車號為公務車輛，員警今天晚上也有聯絡相關單位，適逢假日晚上無人接聽，員
警表示會在上班日跟對方約，通知我們去做筆錄（雖然不知道他如何查到是哪個單位）。
我相信大多數的員警還是相當盡責辛苦，一開始我爸媽去其他非管轄的派出所報案，有位年
輕員警協助將影片檔案拷貝出來，轉介到所管轄的派出所，相當熱心。
再次謝謝各位大大的幫忙~

如標題 行車記錄器拍到的車牌糢糊無法辨識，請各位神人幫忙~
小妹的爸媽開車出門，當時車上只有我爸媽，在偏僻的河堤道路旁被一台三菱休旅車擦撞
，駕駛肇事逃逸，所管轄派出所的老員警表示他眼睛不好，車牌糢糊看不清楚，請我們回
家自己看清楚後再通知他。因地處偏僻，員警表示路口監視器難以調閱，感覺不是很想幫
忙，“交通事故事後報案登記”也是重寫了幾張才寫對，事發經過也寫的糢糊，字體也不
是很好閱讀。另外，行車記錄器的影片還是其他家派出所的員警幫忙copy到光碟，再請我
爸媽到管轄範圍的派出所報案。
小妹試了修圖方法，依然沒有辦法辨別（技術太差XD)，請各位神人幫忙辨識車牌號碼，
