未有損出險(乙式)問題 - 汽車

各位版友 再爬了一些出險文還是有點疑問
去年買新車 目前是保乙式第一年保費三萬多
最近快到期了 業代告知 可以先續保
然後在第一年的乙式未到期之前再出險(類似凹東西)
由於本人車比較少開 除了高速公路可能有飛濺小石子略刮傷痕跡外
車體無太多損傷
由於不太懂 先續保(保費是比前一年??)然後在第一年的期限內出險
想請教 業代都會這樣說嗎? 會不會影響第二年 甚至第三年的保費呢??
如果我不想出險 直接續保 會不會保費便宜呢??
爬文好像都沒有完全類似的
