厚度資訊來源
1. 從設計端(BOM表)直接知道該鈑件厚度資訊
2. 依據"外鈑件"來判斷大致厚度(1 mm以下)
3. 磨掉漆層、防鏽層露出金屬量測
外門鈑件厚度約0.7 mm,鋁合金會稍厚(約1 mm)

冷軋強度約300 MPa,厚度0.6-0.9 mm,應用在外鈑件(引擎蓋、門、天花板)

基本上這類蒙皮大致在0.7mm,烤漆上去會再多個0.Xmm

鈑件NVH的解決方案有制振墊或加強肋
關門紮實感可以從絞鍊、六角鎖、密封膠條下手
增加厚度是超級沒效率的做法.....
普遍認為國產車鈑金輕薄,那也只是因為平價車少了制振墊或加強肋
絕非豪華車的鈑金做比較厚

假設加厚一倍,光4個車門就重了20公斤,算上引擎蓋、天花板整車多50~80公斤
車廠開發團隊又不是傻了.....
鈑金蒙皮剛性是一回事,車體結構剛性又是另一回事

車體剛性算是拿來比較同型車的一個簡單的參考指標
1. 先天:轎車 > 休旅車 >>>> 敞篷車
2. 扭轉剛性跟車體結構(被動)安全無關
3. 影響動態(暫態)性能(需同時考慮車體+懸吊)、NVH平順性、乘適性
車體結構剛性也是達一定的值就夠
不是越高越好
車廠普遍作法是針對TB(trimmed body)做局部剛性調整(增加或減少都有可能)
並非單純提高整體結構的剛性
