1.獎金制
要領取獎金必須要有證照 並且列冊管理
增加檢舉的專業性 並對自己所糾舉的案件負完全責任
2.無獎金 但有獎狀
一般民眾皆可檢舉 並於年終時統計告發數量的前三名 公開頒授獎狀 以資鼓勵
並傳授如何增加告發的成功率
