是這樣的，小弟有個focal的喇叭不小心撞傷了
公司貨有保固的，目前還在保固內
原本想詢問台灣代理商"音寶"能否維修
該公司告知因沒材料不予維修
產品還在保固內，不知各位大大有什麼方法可以處理呢？(例如法律途徑)
目前是想說要寫信給法國focal詢問是真的沒材料還是代理商想A錢不修
可惜不會法文也不會英文Orz
