為了改善空氣品質，英國政府規劃要在2040年禁售傳統汽/柴油車，
但這並不包括hybrid油電車、PHEV插電車等混合動力車款。

銷售上路。

自從前幾天英國政府宣佈推動2040年禁售汽/柴油政策，引發很大的民意反彈，
有民調顯示超過一半的民眾都反對2040禁售政策。
我猜這是因為很多人還是對新能源環保車的便利性有很多疑慮，
英國保守黨必須要持續說服選民，不然日後可能會面臨選票壓力。
除了要研發能把充電時間縮短至10分鐘內的新科技，
英國保守黨政府也要砸大錢來更新國家電網等基礎設施，並提高全英國總發電量，
才能應付未來龐大的充電高峰需求，免於發生跳電危機。
努力向選民證明國家已經準備好了。

electric, with around a quarter of that figure sales of fully electric cars.

by 2022, by which point electrified car sales will account for around 10% of
all new car sales.
Air pollution is linked to around 40,000 premature deaths a year in the UK.
A government spokesman said: "Poor air quality is the biggest environmental
risk to public health in the UK and this government is determined to take
strong action in the shortest time possible.”
