每次討論塞車就有魔人說是因為有龜車
這不是龜車問題,單純瞬間車流量湧上去的問題。哪來龜車問題。你比別人還龜咧。
其次就是說,有人覺得白癡,日本規劃四線道,結果我們規劃三線道,這也是錯的。
國一、國三共六線道,一樣是塞車的,事實上線道越多,大家知道不會塞車就越愛上國道
,就算變成十線道,一樣會塞的。
我覺得問題的根源就是李教授說的,台灣這個地方的宜居人口是七百五十六萬人,
目前塞了兩千三百萬人,那無論如何是會塞車的。
就好像說,台北市吧,這個小地方宜居人口是一百萬人,但目前塞了幾百萬人,
因此連去餐廳吃飯都會塞車的,這可不是有人龜速吃太慢的關係,當然有的白吃就會想,
對啦,就是他們吃太慢啦,如果三分鐘吃完,餐廳還會塞嗎?那最好都不要吃不就更好?
政策討論要有一點基本常識,當你看到一篇塞車文章,還在講「龜車」時,直接打0分了
。這種1960年代就研究完的東西,到現在還有人拿著錯誤的東西在要求政府修正。
