FIA通告所有F1車隊，由蓮花車隊首創的反應式離地間隙系統
(reactive ride height system)非法！
消息原稱，FIA在周五晚上通知所有F1車隊，反應式間隙系統違背2012F1技術規則。
此前據＜汽車運動＞報導，FIA曾對蓮花首創的這種新技術
懸掛表示認可。但是一些車隊提出了反對意見。而現在，FIA改口稱該系統違規
消息來自一名為"Flying Lap"的在線廣播節目，威廉斯車隊工程總監
馬克-吉蘭(Mark Gillan)說"FIA剛剛禁止了這種類型的系統"。
"我們對這種系統研究了一段時間，他顯然會對空氣動力學層面帶來影響。前懸掛高度
的任何降低都會讓空氣動力學受益。"
反應式離地間隙系統由蓮花車隊首創，據稱可以為賽車帶來0.3秒的性能提升。
目前法拉利車隊已經研發出自己版本的類似系統。
