福斯集團是2016上半年全球最大車廠 - 汽車

福斯集團2016年上半年的全球總銷售量達511.6萬輛，贏過Toyota的499.2萬輛，
以及GM的476萬輛，成為今年上半年全球銷量最大的汽車集團。

雖然今年上半年福斯VW品牌的全球銷售量比去年衰退，

但Audi、保時捷和Skoda在上半年的銷售量比去年同期成長，讓集團總銷售量有所成長。

2016上半年，福斯集團的全球銷售量比去年增加1.5%，7.6萬輛車。

While sales of its mass-market VW brand have suffered, this has been more
than offset by strong demand for luxury Audi and Porsche models as well as
Czech brand Skoda.

今年上半年，福斯集團在西歐和中國銷售成長，抵銷掉他們在北美洲、南美洲和俄羅斯
市場的衰退。

中國也是福斯集團最大的銷售市場，VAG預期中國和西歐市場的需求，將能帶動福斯集團
2016年的全球總銷售量會比去年微幅成長，福斯集團的銷售長Fred Kappler如此表示。

Strong demand in China, Volkswagen's (VW) largest market, and Western Europe
may drive sales beyond last year's total.


「銷售量創新高，但利潤總額卻減少」

福斯集團的隱憂就是獲利能力逐年下滑，賣越多，卻賺越少。

雖然VAG全球汽車銷售量創下新高，而且還有保時捷和Audi高級品牌的助陣，
福斯集團的銷售營業額和淨利，雙雙都比去年衰退。

2016上半年，福斯集團的獲利率只有4.9%，還輸給沒有高級品牌的法國PSA標緻集團，
PSA上半年獲利率達6.8%。

雖然汽車銷售量成長，但福斯集團銷售營業額比去年減少9億歐元，稅前淨利也衰退38%
，上半年的稅前淨利從去年的77億歐元衰退成48億歐元。

Volkswagen Group reported that its first-half profit before tax declined
to 4.8 billion euros from 7.7 billion euros. Profit after tax amounted to
3.6 billion euros compared to 5.7 billion euros.

Group's sales revenue fell slightly short of the prior-year figure at 107.9
billion euros compared to 108.8 billion euros. The operating return on sales
in the Group declined to 4.9 percent from 6.3 percent


今年Toyota禍不單行，二月時日本供應商鋼鐵廠爆炸，造成停工一星期。

四月時的九州大地震，零件供應商廠房嚴重受損，又讓Toyota停工長達好幾個星期。

「Toyota的發展策略和福斯集團大不同」

相較於福斯急於追求汽車銷售量，Toyota的目標是專注在「獲利能力，提升服務品質
和強化員工技能。」

Increasing volume sales is not the goal for Toyota, which plans to focus on
profitability and improving service quality and workers' skills.
