控訴福特汽車變速箱問題，在保固內故障仍收取車主高額維修費
我的汽車是於2015.03.17在台北市福利汽車購買之1.6福特 FOCUS不到一年之二手車，出
廠日為2014.05，因為還在原廠保固期內，所有保養皆是回原廠保養
但是我發現，只要一小段時間的爬坡、山路，就會出現『變速箱溫度過高』的訊息，如以
下路段都有發生過：
陽明山上、擎天崗、金山海邊的一個爬坡，以及台中郊區的一段爬坡，都有發生過，只要
一發生此狀況，就要立刻尋找安全的地方靠邊停車、熄火、打開引擎蓋靜置一段時間再上
路；如果是連續山路，再開一段又會再發生！
也因為這樣的狀況，造成我從此不太敢開車上山

每次有發生此狀況時，保養與原廠反應有此問題，但他們也莫可奈何，僅表示這是安全機
制，但不懂為何之前的車開到10幾年，都沒有這樣的問題發生？
後來新莊保養廠建議加保福特提供的『安心全方位險』二年，加保後在原廠保固三年至
2017年5月之後，仍享有兩年（2019/05/27之前）重大零件保固之保險

【2018/08 皮帶斷裂，造成行駛中無法轉彎】

早上開車至公司，要轉彎時車不受控制，方向盤只轉一小部份，無法轉90度，差點撞進全
家便利商店，占住一半的車道，並出現『引擎高溫，請安全停車』
此狀況非常危險，還好是在市區以時速10-20公里左右速度轉彎，要是高速公路或快速道
路上發生，對車主生命安全是很大的威脅
拖吊至台北市中正區莒光原廠保養廠，他們表示此為皮帶斷了！？不了解為什麼4年65000
公里，每5000公里就回原廠保養的車，皮帶還是會斷裂？且加保的『安心全方位險』保固
800多個零件，但皮帶恕不在保固範圍內，還需要自費近$7000

【2019/03 變速箱再度故障，且收取高額維修費】

車子開始有換檔不順暢的抖動，甚至熄火一次，雖然距離上次保養僅3000公里左右，但還
是預計近期提早保養

晚上回家時，快到家，車子又開始抖動，踩油門車子轉速變高，但汽車不太會動，過一會
兒又突然小暴衝，D檔疑似無法自動換檔，切S檔沒有反應，因當時距離家僅數百公尺，以
時速10公里左右慢慢開回家停車

上午以拖吊方式進廠維修，維修時間花了6天

車廠告知車子已修好，離合器中之撥叉故障，此在我加保的『安心全方位險』中可由保險
處理，但是離合器總成、自動變速箱油以及清劑屬於耗材，不在保固範圍內？
這幾個項目加起來要超過2萬？請問這樣是合理的嗎？
與原廠維修爭執，告知
1.原廠針對PowerShift變速箱問題，已提供延長保固至10年，為何這部份仍需自費？
2.針對這類問題，日前已有加保『安心全方位險』，此部份是銷售人員當初告知汽車的重
大零件如引擎、變速箱等等皆有保固，變速箱屬於重大零件，但為何這零件中還有分耗材
與非耗材？且耗材的部份是否會因為主零件故障，而導致其他零件毀損需要維修或更換？
這部份需轉嫁至消費者身上嗎？
不斷與新莊福特維修廠-建富汽車 服務專員王先生溝通，王先生請示主管後，
以原本95折，改為92折的方式，僅差距641元來塘塞消費者，完全不顧消費者之權益，
當下也已告知，若原廠配合的保養廠的態度是這樣，我們也會走我們的方式來維護我們
權益！

以往維修或保養完，隔幾天就會接到滿意度調查，好笑的是，這次完全沒有收到了！
3/14 致電福特0800客服，控訴這個事件，福特總公司客服表示會調出此事件相關經過，
再協助後續處理
3/20 接到同樣福特新莊廠建富汽車，同一位技師王先生，來跟我講同樣的話，表示就是
這樣了，沒有其他的處理方式了...
大家覺得我接下來應該怎麼做呢？

3/30 與福特新莊廠廠長洽談，直接講最後的結論
1.因為有加保兩年全方位保固，離合器總成 $10642 與 離合器分泵(ㄅㄥˋ) $7035
這兩項總公司負擔
2.零件及煞車清洗劑 $718 與自動變速箱油 $1260 屬於耗材，自費
3.變速箱保固半年
4.爬坡變速箱容易過熱的問題，廠長表示維修後應該不會發生了，有待之後驗證
5.之後的任何維修與保養，找廠長直接負責
