請問怎麼處理比較好（轉彎擦撞柱子） - 汽車

家裡約10年的車子 輪子/車門旁 擦撞柱子 看到底層金屬車體
請問只處理紅色圈起來的地方 怎麼做比較好？
車子應該再開個3-5年 就會換掉 只是這個擦撞的痕跡 真的很礙眼
另外也怕破這麼大 下雨洗車 水滲透進去 會有其他問題
有建議的處理方式嗎？ 還有價錢約？
