請問換煞車油的方式哪一種適合我的車? - 保養

我的車是20年左右的老車
一直都在民間的保養廠換煞車油
老闆是用腳踩的方式 需兩人才能完成的那種方式
換完後感覺那瓶油還剩不少(不知道跟我很少開,每年里程數很少有沒有關係)
多年來也沒什麼問題
今天問中油快保中心 用的是機器抽的方式
說換完一瓶油是差不多用光
因為沒用過這種方式
也不了解兩種方式的優缺點
不知道該不該改到快保中心去換
