請問租賃車能否賣掉? - 汽車

對不起小弟爬了很多文，都沒看到類似的問題所以來請教版上各位大大
小弟之前自己開公司，原本因為公司面子的關係(也因為我剛好要用車)，買了一台NX300H
那因為被合夥人倒債倒了1000多萬(有點悲慘但已在法院處理當中!)
所以我離開了這間公司，也發現自己養不太起這麼貴的車子(一個月大約繳五萬多)
然後因為公司倒閉的關係我轉成個人租賃，那錢的部分也繳了大約150萬左右
想請問如果要賣掉這台車或是不太想繼續養這台車的話，要怎麼處理呢? 謝謝
有問到好像有2個辦法想請問哪一條路會比較順利或是說是比較好的選擇呢? :)
1.把租賃車轉到自己名下然後再賣掉?(不過要先把尾款結清也還是需要一些錢~)
2.直接轉合約讓給別人把前面的保證金及一部分繳的錢拿回來?
