請推薦好用的蠟 - 汽車

家人最近牽新車白色RAV4，在家洗車打蠟。
對自己的蠟不是很滿意。
所以希望我幫他找，但我的是老車頂多加油站洗ㄧ洗就結束了。
所以對蠟沒什麼涉略。
主要有兩個需求：
1.希望不要有研磨成粉，怕會傷車漆？
（真的有會傷車漆的蠟嗎？ 不好意思，我不懂）
2.希望能撐3個月以上？
（看大家推薦可能要車庫車才有辦法，那這點主要能撐久就好了）
非常感謝版友能提供意見。
