文內提到2檔加速到上3檔,要在74分貝內
那就來看看國際車輛噪音標準跟台灣有啥不一樣吧!
國際上是由UN ECE設立WP來推動車輛相關法規
其中跟噪音有關的是GRB小組負責的機動車輛噪音(ECE R51)
目前是R51.03版,使用Method B
相關的測試方法也可以參考ISO-362,最新版是ISO-362-3:2016

The current standard requires testing a vehicle in 2nd and 3rd gear.
According to the new standard, the tested gear will depend on the power-to-mas

ratio of the vehicle
現有標準採用2、3檔,新的標準會根據馬力重量比而決定
As a general rule, vehicles with high power-to-mass ratio are tested in higher
gears.
通常高馬力/重量比的車子會用高檔位測
而車輛型式分類上,驗的車子應該是M1
Vehicles used for carriage of passengers, comprising not more than eight
seats in addition to the driver's = 9.( Larger Than Standard Car eg: London
Cab / E7 Type Vehicle 8 seat + Driver.)

明明測試標準、方法、限制都是跟ECE走的
到底鄉民怎麼會說是全世界最奇怪的標準,或覺得台灣法規超英趕美哩
然後這也不是ARTC訂的噪音法規,又再次中槍XD
