請問我開車去A到別人車屁股他有拍照存證當下跟對方協調不報警請他去估價然後我賠他請問這樣他可以申請車禍理賠嗎?

私下和解不可以申請保險公司的理賠.若要由保險公司理賠要當場報案或你們現可事後向警方備案.只要有資料保險公司才肯理賠

不可以,因為申請理賠,都要報警,否則大家都可以這樣亂申請
