車禍詢問 - 汽車

昨天中午出差，在瑞安街與大安路巷子內與騎機車伯伯擦撞，兩人都慢速過路口直行，撞到當下詢問阿伯有沒有受傷，確認阿伯沒受傷後，我報警了，前後分別來了派出所、大安分局、交通隊三位員警，已提供行車紀錄器影片給員警，但巷口沒紅綠燈，也無禮讓標誌，分局員警說已路權來說是阿伯該讓，而且我也已經到路中間了，阿伯則表示他有煞車，但地上標線滑滑的才煞不住，因不知道肇責，只好交給交通隊員警回去鑑定，請問各位車神，這我該怎麼跟對方談賠償，保險我保丙式，是否該出險，伯伯機車很舊了，也表示他可修可不修，伯伯是希望個人處理個人的（你把
