苦主在此
目前還在等待原廠的維修估價單
這部分沒意外都交由保險公司處理
比較麻煩的部分,也是在這要請問車版鄉民的,應該就是交易價值減損的賠償了
目前速霸陸業務和肇事人都還沒就這部分正面回應我他們的賠償意願,尤其不知道車商是
不是會推卸責任,因為初判表的內容跟他們也沒關係
我自己也找不太到有類似的案例可以參考,或者和乘客連帶責任相關的法規
屆時如果要向車商或業務求償,該請哪個單位判定或協調究責?像是事故鑑定委員會能幫
忙處理這種案例嗎?
或是全部賠償資料備齊後直接上地方調解,甚至是民事訴訟即可?

: 3. LEVORG 2.0 配置了268匹的馬力 ,與WRX相同的動力變速箱 及 優越的電子防滑系

: DC但救了兩次車仍然撞車,以我們對這車的瞭解,VDC做動後單獨的各別打滑輪會受到
