開車時上下跳動時不能變換車道？ - 開車

昨天開車載我爸從屏東開88回高雄

晚上沒什麼車結果遇到好幾台龜車所以正要超車

結果我爸原本在講電話時突然對我罵說：你車已經在晃了，還要換車道

然後他就繼續講他的電話

之後也沒討論這件事，想問一下各位有車子上下跳動的狀況嗎？ 為什麼不能變換車道

同理，在彎中也盡量不要煞車，因為抓地力已經一部
分用來轉彎，再拿去煞車會有失控風險，所以彎前就
要減速完成
