剛剛看了幾位板友的推文
我發現似乎有些人對於車輛結構強度的概念不太正確
今天一部車的結構強度跟他的重量並沒有太大關係
唯一有關係的地方大概就是同樣結構強度的車輛,較重的那台結構設計相對來說是比較差的
結果有人的認知卻是同結構強度的車,較重的那台安全性較高?
這只能代表較重的那台結構設計的不夠好而已,不能說他較安全或較不安全
如果今天我用較輕的重量來達到一樣的結構強度
那我何必選擇較高重量卻相同強度的設計來增加整台車的負擔
舉個例來說好了
最近大改款的新世代車輛,每一款重量都比上一代減輕了一百公斤上下
但是撞擊測試卻都比上一代大幅改善
如果依照某些人的邏輯,減輕車重不是應該會降低強度嗎?
當然這也跟選用的材質有關,不完全是結構設計上的問題
但是我主要是要澄清一件事情
那就是"強度"跟"重量"並沒有太大關係
同樣結構強度的東西就算重量不同,相撞之後兩邊受損情形會是差不多的
不要再相信越重越安全這種事了...

痾,我需要補充一下,我前面說的同強度相撞結果差不多這件事並不夠嚴謹
我想說的點是在於車重相差不至於到太大的情況下(300KG以內)
基本上同車格的車應該不會有那麼大的差距
如果超過這個範圍的話那就另當別論
