降排溫利器-水噴射 - 汽車改裝

整天都在下雨,閒閒沒事記錄一下新玩具的心得。
話說小弟的車子跟身上某的器官一樣,觀賞功能遠大於實用功能。
大約在六年前,渦輪在某次戰鬥中殉職了,
而來辦理交接的渦輪進氣側比原本的大了一些,理論上應該是要Remap,
但是由於人太懶,就得過且過的假裝沒這回事。
剛好因為接下來的日子裡,
因為種種因素車也少開了,所以鴕鳥心態似乎沒有造成太大的災難。
這段時間大概都只是怕沒電,一兩周去發動一次,然後在家裡附近繞繞,
偶爾心血來潮,小腳踩個幾下聽聽看渦輪還會不會叫,
確認引擎跟渦輪還活著後,就安心地開回去放好,等待下一次心血來潮再去臨幸她。
前一陣子心血終於來潮了,打算把陳年的舊帳還一還,Remap的工作終究是要做的,
順便測試一下新添購的爆震感知器,以前都只用聽筒沒辦法數據化,
而且誤差實在很大。(全增壓時真的太吵了)
Remap的時候天氣剛好很熱,等到水溫完全上來後試車卻發現大小爆震連連,
這時候終於意識到單純只使用爆震聽筒這東西是如此危險的事情。
初步先確認了空燃比都在規劃的範圍內後,下一步能做的就只有把點火時間往後退,
退呀退呀不知道經過了多久時間的奮鬥,終於沒有爆震了(可喜可賀)。
心情正放鬆之際,眼睛喵了一下排溫表 - 1,000度。(嚇)
點火退過頭的下場就是排氣溫度大於缸內溫度,汽油燃燒後的熱量都跑到頭段這邊來了,
排溫表跑得比時速表快,原來這就是插表的感覺。(菸~)
進了點火就爆震,退了點火排溫又這麼高,照這樣下去渦輪恐怕又要提早下課了。
沒辦法的狀況下只好忍痛調降增壓值,希望藉由較低的增壓來降低排溫。
直接把渦控bypass掉後,預期只剩0.5Bar的增壓值或許可以讓排溫降到可以接受的範圍。
結果事與願違,在不爆震的情況下改善不大,排溫依舊高達950度
這下尷尬了,如果要把增壓值降到0.5Bar一下,那還不如把渦輪拆了。
在不甘心又無路可走的情況下只好把腦筋動到放在倉庫好幾年的水噴射上。
把甲醇跟水50%/50%混合噴進引擎後,因為汽化時的降溫效應,加上甲醇較高的辛菀值
果然輕輕鬆鬆的就把爆震控制下來了
既然爆震沒有了,當然是開始把點火時間提前回去,
進了8度之後爆震值還比沒噴水前低,而且排溫終於恢復正常了,剩下800度左右
接下來再找時間慢慢調整點火提前角跟增壓值,取一個平衡點。
原理上來說,並不是因為冷卻造成排溫下降,
但是結果上來說,噴個水就可以讓排溫從1,000度降到剩800度,這真的是太有感了。
老車就跟女人一樣,太久不理她就會發脾氣給你看。
解決方法也一樣,就是送她禮物哄哄她。(不過送女人水噴射應該沒什麼用就是了...)
情緒被安撫後,表現才會乖乖的。
希望這個禮物過後,可以給我安分點,不要再出什麼狀況啦!
