小弟車齡不長

問題1.
在高速公路正常順暢行駛大多是100-120之間，常看到前方遠處開始塞車時！會發現有些最尾巴的車會閃雙黃燈！我懂這是警告的意思，不過有些有有些沒有，所以想請問各位如果你是最尾巴的車，也會閃雙黃燈嗎？
問題2.
之前很多人討論過，當你要切車道時，後方車輛讓你過時，也有些人會打雙黃燈表達謝謝！但是我最近用過幾次，我覺得後方車輛似乎是以為前方有什麼事發生？直接停著不動了！後方車輛又一直叭他，還是無動於衷，我確定我沒有跟他發生碰撞阿！所以在這之後我也沒有再打雙黃燈表示謝謝了！各位有遇過這種情形嗎？
總結
警示燈的使用時機很多，但是不是每個人都懂！
