昨天晚上十點半的事
在非公有停車場內
對方車子停在停車場內黃色網線上
擋住我車子出入
因為還有事情要處理，當下只叫家人先來載我
也沒有當場報警處理
我的工作是晚上十點下班
請問這種狀況，之後若遇到
能否報警處理？還是怎麼做比較好？
這時候有違規拖吊服務嗎？
PS：停車場非公有，公司員工可停，外車也可臨停。
