首次購車交車延遲 - 汽車

第一次買車在車板做了很多功課，在簽約時也記得註記全新車非展示車以及交期，而就在去年底簽約後仍然超過交期一個半月，因交期延遲的問題，問車商有無任何補償，近期車商告知因為合約上交期寫的是”預計”幾月幾號前交車，故就算超過此時間並不是違約，我們可選擇退訂或繼續等車。當時簽約時也沒注意到這個小細節，居然可以讓車商就算寫了日期也可以不在意。
