開始討論前,先來看看目前T牌油電車款的定價

重點1. 清一色全進口
重點2. 2月PRIUS小改發表漲3萬,81.9~112.9 價格帶完全淨空
考慮到 PRIUS(112.9) 乃進口身分,為了避免兩者互打
國產油電神A的頂規價位不但要壓在 110 之下,而且必須拉開以做出市場區隔

先說結論,我認為油電神A定價,取決於以下 2 個天花板和 4 個地板:

首先是油電神A的定價天花板:
1. 2012年Camry Hybrid(國產)售價 106.9
論油電系統的成本,當時的2.5H肯定高於新世代1.8H
論車款定位,Camry高於Altis
論造車成本,TNGA的造車理念讓你花一樣多的錢可以享受更好的配備
綜合上述,106.9是牢不可破的天花板,破了你油電神A就別玩了,不如直上PRIUS
2. 2019年IONIQ Hybrid(進口)售價 101.9
進口車要加上關稅成本,油電神A國產不用加關稅
換言之,表面上看來82~112是空的,但實際上油電神A的可能售價,100萬會是天花板
那麼定價的地板又在哪?
1. Prius c/crossover的價位帶79.9~81.9
國產中型房車VS進口小型掀背車,以和泰過往定價策略雖不會差太多
考慮到即便TNGA能削減生產成本,但這次國產神A多了 TSS 1.87 和 油電系統
我認為這個價位可以看作是絕對的地板,牢不可破。
2. 1.8汽油版車型之上
油電神A的等級編成,和泰應該會比照2012年國產Camry-H的模式
將其定為在汽油頂規款之上(1.8尊爵,假設價格79.9不變)
基本上根據 1. 和 2. 就能確定,油電神A的地板肯定是80萬以上了
3. AURIS的價位83.9~88.5
兩者皆標配TSS 1.8
AURIS有進口身分,價格要再加上關稅17.5%
油電神A雖然少了17.5%關稅,但多了油電系統的成本
綜上所述,五門神A(Auris)雖是進口身分,但參考其售價來推測國產油電神A也屬合理。
4. 油電神A的主打策略
過去國產神A靠著「牛頭牌」跟「開不壞」這兩項光環,
加上價格帶定位明確,把中型房車對手們通通壓在地上磨蹭;
這次雖然和泰喊出要讓油電車銷量從6000→16000
但稍微分析去年和泰油電車的銷售量、再回頭看看
Prius/Prius c/crossover、Camry Hybrid和泰喊出的銷售目標
以及油電Rav4目前的預購狀況,就會發現油電神A就算不訂出親民的價格,
但要達成油電車銷售16000輛的目標也不是什麼難事,詳如下表。

PHV 和 PA 的銷售占比太低,因此假設與去年差不多,
RAV4 Hybrid 是根據目前預購的狀況,假設油電占比20%去推估
(目前查到預購油電的比例接近30%,但用這數字下去算的話那幾乎就快達標惹)
結論是,如果其他油電車系都能達到目標的販售數量,油電神A幾乎沒什麼銷售壓力

講那麼多,預售價格到底會訂多少?

我認為應該會有兩個等級,可參考的預售價則比照去年AURIS的預售價,再減 1 萬元
一個油電一個進口抵銷掉,考慮各家四門車都比五門車便宜一點,因此推測減 1 萬
*油電尊爵:86.9萬
*油電旗艦:90.9萬
以上兩等級的預售價剛好落在前面所說的 天花板 與 地板 中間
我認為和泰所訂定的預售價不會跟這兩個價格差太多。
順道一提,目前搜尋有關油電神A的新聞,有幾家媒體提到的「入門款85萬」,
這是一個很有趣的魔術數字,為何?
講到國產油電房車,就不能不提2012年國產化的7代Camry Hybrid
同樣定位為Camry車系頂規的國產油電Camry Hybrid-G,(油電入門)售價106.9萬,
而當時的Camry 2.5 G(汽油頂規)售價為99.9萬,兩者價差7%;
假設新神A汽油頂規(1.8尊爵)售價維持 79.9
再加7%上去,出來的價格是85.5萬,你說巧不巧?
(1.8尊爵 可參考 RAV4 2.0豪華的操作模式,增TSS 1.87,預售價維持79.9)
所以,要是預購狀況不理想怎麼辦?那就公佈正式售價時往下調個2~3萬,
變成84.9/89.9,套句鄉民的話,還不賣翻?
