小弟牽車不到三個月，倒車時不慎撞到後方圍籬，後保桿凹進去，事故照片跟原廠報價如下：

想請問各位大大：
1.原廠報價一萬左右是否合理
2.如果用乙式出險，之後保費增加是不是更虧
