mini countryman 排氣管 - 汽車

昨天在路上遇到一輛雙排氣管mimi countryman, 車牌AY.....,應該是年內的新車, 很特別的是其中一個排氣管有個閥門, 紅燈停車時會打開, 起步後又關閉, 這是什麼目的？
