Formula One's reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel took some time out to
participate in a soapbox derby in the western German town of Herten. Although
Vettel was part of the jury and not an official racer, he didn't miss his
chance to race down the 500m course, dressed as computer game character
Mario. Vettel increased his lead in the current F1 standings to 34 points a
week ago after holding off a late charge from Lotus's Kimi Raikkonen to the
delight of thousands of German fans at the famous Nuerburgring track。
