倒車時擦撞到車門 - 汽車

今天上午我機車倒車(車子沒發動)不慎去擦撞到路邊停車的汽車車門，車主的家屬有下車查看並叫車主移車挪出空間，車主的家屬表示我年輕人叫我騎車小心注意一些，我有問需不需要賠償?車主家屬跟我說沒關係,我跟車主家屬都有看到車門有一道5公分左右的凹痕，再次尋問還是得到沒關係的答覆，我們沒有留彼此的聯絡方式我就騎走了，也沒有報案，請問這樣會有肇事逃逸的疑慮嗎，會留下案底或者前科嗎，如果事後有來找我是否可以和解，小弟我有點緊張不安,想請問各位有沒有什麼可以做的處理，謝謝
