其實所謂的業務 賺的就是資訊不對等財而已
當資訊越透明 越普及 跟消費者越專業的時候
業務充其量就只剩下報價的功能
所謂的服務也是後面業務為了差異化自己的競爭力所衍生出來的而已
前面有人說業務可以幫你省很多時間 就等於幫你省很多錢
確實 對於某些高級進口車品牌的業務 因為它們的服務對象是高收入客戶
所以能夠用自己的時間幫客戶省時間 當然對客戶很划算
如果只是一般平民等級的車呢? 消費者當然會跟你比價阿
2萬也許對原po來講可能就是半個月左右的薪水 少2萬也是錢啊
不過就誠意上來講 其實我會善意再買車前 提供別人報的價格給這個業務
如果他願意給同樣價格出售 就跟前面這個業務買
我當初買F10的時候 也是有類似的情況 但我有把我後來問到的報價 給第一個業務知道
他回覆我 他最多只能到多少錢的時候 我就先跟他謝謝 然後跟另外一個業務簽約了
也許我買到也不一定是市場最便宜的 但是同樣車款 的現車 價格差了5萬
我也很禮貌的把我詢問到的新報價讓對方業務知悉 對方無法承接
縱使這個業務有怎麼不爽 我也是有給過他機會 至少在人情方面我有兼顧到
之前去看車的經驗是 其實不懂車的業務也可以賣車 所以你跟我說業務有三小價值
對我來說真的只有報價而已 ....
