交通部接獲國瑞汽車股份有限公司依「汽車安全性調查召回改正及監督管理辦法」規定提出汽車安全性召回改正計畫，業經交通部於109/10/6同意該公司提報之TOYOTA COROLLA ALTIS、CAMRY車型燃油泵總成瑕疵案召回改正計畫。交通部呼籲購買該等車款之車主，儘速與車商之全省服務廠聯繫，以進行改正作業。
經查TOYOTA COROLLA ALTIS、CAMRY車型（製造／進口日期: 2017年9月 ~ 2019年1月），國內應召回40222輛；因燃油泵總成製程瑕疵。由於燃油泵葉片的強度可能不足，導致葉片變形後與燃油泵干涉而停止運轉。在此情況下，儀表上的警示燈可能會亮起、出現警示訊息或車輛發生抖動，車輛因而失去動力或失去動力後無法再發動引擎，提高事故發生的風險，恐有影響行車安全。車主於接獲車商召回改正之通知後，應儘速回廠更換燃油泵總成，作業時間依車型不同而有所差異，工作時間約需1.6~4小時。
交通部特此呼籲購買上述車型之車主，應儘速洽詢車商（國瑞汽車股份有限公司，免付費查詢電話: 0800-221-345）辦理召回改正作業。此外，消費者平時亦可進入「車輛安全資訊網」網站（網址：http://www.car-safety.org.tw/），查詢國內、外各車廠之瑕疵車輛召回資訊。
