平常很少因為這種話題而回應,但是實在忍不住了...
我的淺見是,實務上這種政見根本不會對交通有明顯改善。
而且速差是比絕對速度來得危險的一件事情,
同一個封閉道路內有不同速限設定,這...沒人噓爆這政見@@?
你如果不能減少內線龜車,那提高速限的意思,就根本治標不治本...
問題是在於佔用超車道,而不是超車道速限不夠高的問題吧?

我倒覺得,不如效仿類似加州 Fastrak 的概念,
全面調降非內線車道的通行費,並調漲最內側車道通行費用,
且取消超車道設計。再依照交通流量取調整浮動收費,例如連假。
或是搭配配套,內側車道通行費用,在高乘載狀態下,比單人行駛還便宜,
意即收費高至低:單人行駛內側車道>多人行駛內側車道>非內側車道。
實務上要怎麼執行? Etag 都可以裝了,
裝個類似 Fastrak 的小機器也屌打 etag 的中華民國美學設計。
